Keyholding and mobile patrols
- JSM Security provides a seamless Key Holding facility.
- We can take responsibility for access to premises and also be on call for intruder alarm response if required.
- There is a small daily rate for Holding Keys and if call outs are necessary these are charged on an individual incident basis.
- Mobile Patrols are another service that we offer and can be provided for a fixed charge for each patrol.
- A guard can be sent to site to carry out a full patrol of the premises as little or often as requested. We can then alert the Police or designated person of any damage or suspicious activity on site.
- Mobile Patrols can be a more cost effective way of supervising an empty site without the expense of a full time guard.
- For peace of mind for the client we offer the Electronic Tagging system to go hand in hand with the mobile patrols so that the client can keep a personal check on how regularly the patrols are being carried out.
